12.4 Export/Import
Test Mesh window is equipped with options for exporting (saving) the FDTD mesh display as a picture and exporting effective media parameters over the user-defined sub-volume of the computational domain chosen in the Export Settings dialogue to the *.mf3 file. Importing (loading) FDTD mesh is available from QuickWave native shape file and importing the effective media parameters from the *.mf3 file is available in the 2D/3D Fields Distribution window.
Export (save) of effective media parameters is available to the following formats:
QuickWave native format: *.mf3
The displayed FDTD mesh can be exported as a picture in the following formats:
Bitmap format: *.bmp
JPG format: *.jpg
PNG format: *.png

Import (load) of FDTD mesh is available from the following formats:
QuickWave native shape format: *.sh3
Import (load) of effective media parameter is available from the following formats:
QuickWave native media parameters format: *.mf3
