2 Installation
2.1 Installation Requirements
The 64-bit package works on 64 bits systems such as Microsoft Windows 7 x64/8 x64/8.1x64/10 x64 operating systems.The 32-bit package works on 32 bits systems such as Microsoft Windows XP/Vista/7/8/8.1/10 operating systems and also on 64 bits systems such as Microsoft Windows XP x64/Vista x64/7 x64/8 x64/8.1x64/10 x64 operating systems.Memory requirements are at least 1 GB RAM to conveniently run the included examples. More RAM will be needed for more complicated circuits.There are three types of installations:
- Typical - software will be installed with the most common options. Please note that the additional files necessary for running all examples included in the installation, in the QuickWave 2016 x64 DEMO, will not be installed.
- Custom - the user can choose the options to install, up to complete installation.
- Complete - software will be installed with all options. Additional files necessary for running all examples included in the installation, in the QuickWave 2016 x64 DEMO, will be installed here.
